ROTATING COMBUSTION KILNS

Rotary combustion kilns of our construction are characterized by their versatility, simplicity and robust construction. We greatly emphasize correct dimensions of the casing and kiln brickwork and lining in order to guarantee a long service life. Thanks to the kiln inlet and outlet sealing components, heat losses are eliminated and reduce running costs.
ROTATING COMBUSTION KILNS WITH DIRECT HEATING
Heat goes directly from the burner into the kiln. The product is in direct contact with flue gases.
ROTATING COMBUSTION KILNS WITH INDIRECT HEATING
Heat goes indirectly from the external reaction chamber into the kiln. The product is not in direct contact with flue gases.
APLICATION
Typical applications of rotary kilns are processes of pyrolysis, drying, calcination, purification, waste remediation, municipal waste incineration, industrial waste incineration, degassing of products.

Naturally part of supply is technological unit pre-run, operator training, technical assistance, warranty and post-warranty service and a minimum of two years warranty.
We perform our own device diagnostics with precise positioning and installation which is necessary to achieve minimal wear of moving parts. This leads to a maximum service life and minimum operating costs for the operation of the equipment.
